If you have bought the movies through iTunes store then there is no problem as they are already there. If the movies have not been bought through iTunes then there is probably no way due to the copy protection applies to movies these days
Well if you bought it from the itunes store on itunes than it should go to your downloads and after its done downloading it should go to your itunes automaticly. If you deleted it from your itunes you cant get it back unless you have the song in a document.

Albums bought from iTunes are downloaded from the iTunes store. You can burn the downloaded album on to a disc on your computer.
