Ive never been able to gain even a pound and i eat like a horse Does Depakote only make you gain weight cause it increase your appetite or because of the chemicals in it?

Depakote will make you gain weight. watch out for your white cell count in your blood ,and damage to the liver. Over all I have been on Depakote for ten years and have gained 40 pounds after having brain surgery. I want to get off of it, but tried other medications, and they sucked.
I get burning in my stomach and wish there was a way to diet , for everytime you take the pill it makes your stomach burn.
