Absolute monarchy
Limited monarchy gives more power to the people. The gorvernment has more control. In an absolute monarchy, the king, queen, or president has all of the power, and "the poeple" dont get any say in what goes on, until there is a reelection.

The mian kinds are Absolute monarchy and Constitutional Monarchy. With an absolute monarchy, there is one spreme ruler who controls all of the land and the people with no higer form of government above with. With a constitutional monarchy, There is a ruler who is the leader of a government but does not have supreme power. (does not control everything but is still a part of the government)
there have been many types of government. but i guess the top are democracy-by the people for the people direct democracy-direct decisions made by the people monarchy-supreme power or sovereignty held by a single person. absolute monarchy-a monarchy that is not limited or restrained by laws or a constitution. limited monarchy-a monarchy that is limited by laws and a constitution. dictatorship-a country, government, or the form of government in which absolute power is exercised by a dictator. federalism-the federal principle of government. totalitarian-someone has total control

An absolute monarchy can, in fact, be quite dangerous. A benevolent monarchy may have the welfare of its people in mind; but there is no guarantee that it will remain benevolent over time.
Oman is an absolute monarchy with aConsultative Council. In other words the Sultan allows a certain amount of latitude and is slowly giving his people more benefits and jobs. -But if he doesn't like something, it is short-lived.
He wanted a better form of government, without absolute rulers and favorable to the people, He also believed people was born naturally wicked and selfish , and that they was not able to govern themselves therefore he believed in monarchy .
In an absolute monarchy ordinary people have to be uncomplaining, loyal and obedient subjects.
