Do all that. The rotors were not your problem in the first place. They have to do with the brakes. They stop the car. If they were bad, they needed to be replaced. You need to be able to stop your car. You may need a complete front end job.
Warped brake rotors. This is a very common problem for the 1999-2004 Grand Cherokees. You will need to have your rotors replaced, or resurfaced. The best resurface method is with an on car brake lathe.
