Perhaps a defective wiper motor
this happed to me, take off the plastic cover where the wiper arms ends, it just pops off their is a pin in there that wont go down, just spray it with WD-40 until it is saturated wait a few min. then it will go down.
You have to replace the thermostat it is stuck open. I would say. Do you have heat when you are driving? I Have the same problem and is trying to fine where it is located. It is usually at the top of the of the motor but not on my 2005 jeep.
check ground on wiper motor
It is likely the Wiper Control module mounted to the wiper motor. I had this problem on my CTS and since found out other CTSs have also had the problem.
get a new engine DUMMY!
Step 1 in troubleshooting would be to replace the wiper blades. Then check that the arms move freely and that there's enough downpressure in the arms. See sources and related links below to look up correct fitting wipers.
either you need a new wiper switch or a new wiper motor one or the other has a short in it
depends on the problem,? if it runs but wont chip wood, then the blades need sharpened, if it wont run then need more info,
Wipers don't stick if it wont move that means the wiper motors have froze up as in quit working all you can do is try to get the wiper motor working by turning the wiper switch on and grab the wiper arm and try to move it up or down if that don't work remove the wiper arms then remove the cowl and replace the wiper motors
you flooded it
my 1994 jeep larado turns over then dies out
probably cam positionong sensor.
