Sin and the grave.
The two sacred holidays in Christianity are Easter and Christmas day. Easter celebrates the raising of Jesus Christ from the dead and Christmas day celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ
The two main celebrations of Christianity is Christmas ( Jesus' birth) and Easter ( Jesus rose from the grave)! Hope this helps.
In terms of Christianity. Easter started because Jesus came back to life on that day after dying on the cross two days before.
All feasts of Jesus are festivals for children. The two most commecially popular are Easter and Christmas.
Jesus appeared to the disciples in the room, he also met two disciples on the road to Ema mus.
There are two: Christmas, celebrating the birth of our Savior, and Easter, celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus which saved us from our sins.
The Easter egg represents the empty tomb that the two women found the day after Jesus had been crucified. But now most Easter eggs have chocolate inside them, this takes away the meaning and religiousness.

The word Easter is not seen in the Bible. It could be a pagan term. The importance is Jesus Christ rose again from the Death (on Easter Sunday). Jesus Christ broke the power of death (the sting of death) and gave a HOPE Permanent to all those who have the fear of death. Jesus Christ defeated the only Arch Enemy of mankind the Satan/Devil through His resurrection. On that day Jesus Christ (the only begotten Son of God) became the First Begotten from the dead. Thus All those who believe in Him became the children (brothers of Jesus Christ) of God. if Jesus did not resurrect, Christianity would be a joke in the world of today
The two major feasts in the church year are Christmas and Easter. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, and Easter commemorates his resurrection from the dead. These feasts are significant events in Christianity and are widely celebrated by Christians around the world.
