Yes. No, not necessarily. Jim Beam Distilleries also makes and markets Jim Beam Rye, which is rye whiskey, not bourbon whiskey. Jim Beam Rye has a tan label, and the much more common Jim Beam bourbon has a white label, and contains the words "Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey." There are other varieties of Jim Beam bourbon that are aged longer, and they have green or black labels, and both contain the word "bourbon.
I emailed Jim Beam twice but unfortunately no response. Knob Creek appears to be made by the same company, and their website states that gluten is removed by the distillation process which is consistent with all other literature that I found on bourbon. I reading how Jim Beam is made on their website, there does not appear to be anything added after distillation so it appears Jim Beam is gluten free. However, I was hoping Jim Beam would confirm this by responding to my emails.

Squaw bread is a bread that was developed by German immigrants to the United States as they found that some of the ingredients needed for their traditional rye breads were unavailable. Squaw bread then, is a variation of a whole rye bread. Rye grains are higher in carbohydrates but lower in protein. Additionally, rye breads are higher in fiber and have a better insulin response than whole wheat breads. Overall, both breads can be part of a balanced diet when eaten in moderation.
