∙ 13y agoYou have to be 25 to run for the house, and be a citizen for 7 years. So, you cannot run for the senate because of age (you must be 30 years old for Senate). and you have to have a citizenship length of 9 years to run for the Senate. So the answer is he can run for the house, but not the senate
