Unfortunately yes. Penis' are just modes of transportation (sorry guys!) for sperm - they basically make sure the sperm gets in there. However, if you use your hand, you're ecentially doing the same thing. Your hand is a mode of transportation for the sperm.
It's way less affective if you're trying to get pregnant, but if you're not, don't do it, it's not worth the risk.
