Quite possibly a loose motor mount bolt.
Something is lose. I say that it might have a problem in chasis or make.CALL your dealer to know more :)
Look closely at the belt on both sides for cracking and fraying. The Cam belt should just be replaced at a regular interval as listed in your owners manual.

There are dozens of reasons. But in most cars of this model some sensors just become old and have to be replaced. When sensors fail ECU sets off the check engine light.
I only know about in cars. For cars it replaced metal.

From 2000 to 2004 they all had a belt that must be replaced at 120,000 miles. The DOHC engine is an interference engine. The SOHC engine is not. Starting in 2005 they have a chain.

There is the CARburetor, which mixes the air and gas to the right ratio in some cars. the carburetors have largely been replaced with Electronic Fuel Injection for modern cars.
