Just started a new job working lots very little sleep during week been getting headaches all week and now past 3 days have been feeling very nauseas thought and smell of food makes it worse any ideas?

Well, if you are a female I would suggest taking a pregnancy test. If you are a male I would suggest more sleep and less stress.
