If you only want to print the current screen you see on your monitor, press the Prt Scr button, open MS Word, and paste the image to word. Play around with the page orientation and margins in your Word document to configure it to accomodate the image (recommend Landscape orientation with .5" margins).
An alternative in Excel would be to print from page 1 to 1 to get only the first formatted page.
MS Excel does not have the ability to selectively print odd or even pages. You need to use the function on your printer for that option. When you print from Excel, instead of just clicking the print button, select print and click on the printer PROPERTIES button. If your printer has the ability to selectively print odd or even pages, you will select that option according to your printer's specifications.
A range can be a paragraph or many pages or just part of sentence. Just highlight it by left clicking the mouse and keep holding down then dragging it backwards over what you want to print then release. Usually, a PC highlights words with a blue highlight color but can be different colors. After you press print It will give you choices like print all pages or a box you can put in what pages to print, or print what's on screen or "print highlighted only" etc. Select print highlighted only for your range you want printed. On some PC's you can move your mouse arrow over the highlighted area you made and right click it and then press print.
There is a "Print Screen" button and you just have to click it with your mouse so that it will print the photo of the crook.
To print the screen on your Dell laptop without going to the clipboard just use the Snipping tool.

Somebody please help me. After getting hooked up on att.net my printer will not print anything worthwhile. If I try to print something it prints fifty pages of junk, talking about javascript etc. I can go in and print a test page and it is perfect, just cannot print check internet.
Press and hold the button on you S pen and touch the screen with the S pen (if you want to edit the print screen right away) OR Slide the side of your hand from the right to the left side of the screen (if you just want to capture it and save it)
If you mean how to save a screen shot image of a website or one of its pages you can simply pres Print Screen button on you keyboard , open paint tool ( Start>>> All programs >>>> Accessories>>> Paint ) then lastly press Ctrl+ V , you'll see a screen shot image of the webpage and just save it in a format you like.
