this is a classic example of whether or not he should be a "whistleblower" (someone who tells the public about a wrongdoing of an organization to which they belong) on his company. It tests his loyalty to his firm against his knowledge that his company is being dishonest with the public.
Actually it is not whistleblower. Whistleblower would have turned it in already in this question he has not turned anyone in yet and he is in the dilemna of what to do so the actual ethical dilemna would be Loyalty vs. Truth. I know this because i have seen it on a test very recently and got it right.

I believe that the reason that they test their products on animals is to see the result (of course), but maybe they don't want to risk hurting humans so the cruel people of the world test it on animals to see if it would or could have an effect on the skin or hair or whatever they are testing. So basically it is just to see what happens without using humans and the risk of potentially hurting them, but instead use animals that some people believe are way lower in class than us.
