Most likely it is due to the fuel filter getting clogged. They are really cheap and easy to replace so this a good place to start. Could also be a dirty air filter, which is also cheap and easy to replace. If that doesn't fix it, it could be the sparks plugs getting weak or fouled. Most likely it's goona be one of those, and they are all usually replaced (except for the fuel filter) during a normal routine tune-up anyway, so if you haven't gotten your tune-up done lately now might be a really good time to do it. I had to go into the trunk, lift the carpet, undo all the screws. You actually have to take the complete light cover (on the outside) off... tilted off the car (still connected) then you can take the bulbs out and put it back together.
It is on top drivers side just right of the exhaust manifold. It has one bolt and a cannon plug that has a clip that has to be removed before you can take it off
The dashboard has eight retaining clips. Take a flat head route driver and probably up on each individual retaining clip. The dashboard will come off.
THat's a good question. The manual says to remove the 3 bolts from the light cover behind the access panel but guess what, there are 4 screws and the cover still will not come off. My answer, take it to Kia dealership and let them figure it out.

There are mounting screws located on both sides of the rear wheel arch, loosen then and the bumper will come right off.
