Kingston 32 GB pendrive when you copy files to drive the files gets renamed or get damages automatically you thought of virus could be reason you formated the drive once again the same problem persist?

The most likely reason is that you purchased a counterfeit flash drive that had its firmware altered to report an incorrect capacity. Do some testing to see how much data you can put on the disk before corruption occurs. It will likely be far less than 32 GB.
