It may be possible that Lacrosse is further away and the fuel trucks have further to travel. That could raise the price some. Also, supply and demand. If the owners in Lacrosse aren't getting a lot of business than the fuel inside their reserve is older gas that they may have paid more money for and the current price just isn't reflected yet as it will be once a new order comes in.
