Can the car lender reposses the car because of bankruptcy 7?

A creditor cannot reposses a car without BK court approval (i.e. relief from the automatyic stay). However, if you do not keep paying the car loan, a BK will allow a creditor to reposses the car.

You have the primary custody of your daughter. What if you move to another state?

Unless you have sole custody and the other parent has no visitation rights, you need their consent and court approval. If you move without court approval you will be in contempt of the court order regarding visitation.Unless you have sole custody and the other parent has no visitation rights, you need their consent and court approval. Can you refinance your mortgage if you're in Chapter 13 but have not filed income taxes since 2003?

You have to receive approval to change your 'plan' from the Bankruptcy court. Usually, if they approve; and , you can find a lender willing to refinance while you are in BK, this means the money you save is then used to pay more to your debtors. if that is what you want to do. Usually, lenders want to see you pay the plan to it's end and then refinance.

You just had a car repossessed because you can no longer make the payments or maintain full insurance coverage Now the lender keeps trying to call you What should you do?

Depends on if you intend on paying the lender any money. Unless you file for bankruptcy they can call your house requesting that you repay them. At some point (saying you owe enough money to make it worth while) they can bring you to court and sue you. I think the statue of limitation for this type of lawsuit is 2 years (if they do not try to sue you in this time period then they cannot come after you ). If you plan on paying the lender, you can most likely make a deal that will only allow you to pay .50 on the dollar that you owe (the lender would rather receive half then nothing). If you do not intend on paying the lender, your best option is to not communicate to the lender (when they call).

Can a house be refinanced by one of the owners to buy the other owner out while it is listed for sale?

Sure, as long as you can find a lender willing to refinance the property and the action does not violate any court order.

Can custodial parent move out of state if there is an existing child support order in one state?

No. If there is a child support order that means a state court has jurisdiction over the child. If the parent who is paying child support has any parental rights of custody or visitation the custodial parent would need the NC parent's consent and court approval to move out of state. The existing orders would have to be modified.No. If there is a child support order that means a state court has jurisdiction over the child.
