If your Texas Driver License has been expired for more than two years, you must appear in person at any Texas Driver's License office (http://www.dmv.org/tx-texas/locations-&-hours.php)and pass the written, driving and vision examinations. In addition, you will also be required to reapply as an original applicant, present proof of identity and proof of Social Security Number and may be assigned a new driver license number. You can find additional information on TX state driver's license renewals at DMV.ORG - The Unofficial Guide to the DMV. The following page (http://www.dmv.org/tx-texas/renew-license.php) has that information! Have a great weekend, -DMV.ORG Support

There is no age limit. Didn't you read in the news recently a 100 year old driver hit 11 people? He had his license.
