It depends on what grade you are teaching and what lesson you teaching your kids
Micro teaching is a method some teachers use to critique and improve their teaching. Teachers will review a videotape of the lessons they just taught after the class and determine is the lesson was valuable or could be done differently.
Teachers should avoid relying too heavily on teaching aids to the point where they overshadow the lesson content. It is important not to use teaching aids as a crutch, but instead integrate them seamlessly into the lesson. Additionally, teachers should ensure that teaching aids are age-appropriate and relevant to the learning objectives.

to make their own dreams
Lesson plans are the bones of a lesson. They state what the students are expected to learn (objectives), how they are going to learn it, and the expected outcomes. Within the lesson plans are also the state standards and the areas the lesson will cover in that lesson. A lesson plan is not one day, but for a week and each day builds on the next day so there is a progression of learning. When looking a month of lesson plans the reader should be able to see the goal of the teacher and how the students learn what they are taught.
