Your question makes no sense at all. Are you stumbling blindly towards asking how much you'll have to pay in interest for not paying off the entire balance? Including the APR, instead of all the babbling about limits and this goes there and that goes the other place and just saying something like "$70, APR 19.9, what's the interest?"

(It's pretty trivial, by the way: $70 x 0.199 / 12 = monthly interest... a little over a buck.)
