Unless it's a privately-minted bullion piece it would be either a standard Peace dollar dated 1921 to 1935, or a .999 fine Walking Liberty "dollar" dated 1986 or later. It can't be both.If it's a genuine Peace dollar it's .900 fine, not .999; its value depends on its date and mint mark but will be at least $14 for the silver it contains. If it's a .999 bullion piece its value will be a bit more than the current spot price of silver as given in your newspaper or at a site such as kitco.com.
The walking liberty design was used only for half dollars dated from 1916 to 1947. If it's a dollar coin dated 1902 it's a Morgan dollar. Look at the coin again and post new question.
Value depends on if it's a Walking Liberty half dollar or a Monroe Doctrine half dollar, both are dated 1923 and both have "S" mintmarks.
None of the coins listed in this question contain any silver or gold. All are just face value.
Please post a new question after you look at the coin again. A U.S. silver dollar dated 1850 would be of the Seated Liberty series not a Bust type or Liberty head.
Please look at the coin again. No U.S. one dollar coins are dated 1906. Post new question.
