Well the hard lump is due to the cleaning product you are using (more about that later). If you get down to your local piercing studio, the piercer can use an insertion taper to reopen the piercing and replace the ring. Yes the lump can be fixed by ceasing the use of whatever aftercare product you are using, irrigate the piercing twice a day with just water (in the shower works fine) dry the piercing and don't apply anything else to the piercing for a week (7 day period). The lump is a reaction called a hypertrophic reaction, this is a reaction to an irritant (in this case the healing agent you are using). Rinsing the piercing with water while rotating the ring will flush this out and the piercing will resume healing.
i think if you have a bump on the back of your skull, you are getting a tumor.
It could be 2 things. Either a small infection or scar tissue. if it doesn't hurt it probably isn't an infection and scar tissue isn't really an issue except aesthetically. If you are worried go back to your piercer and ask.

You have a goose egg. It happens when you smack your head on something really hard.
A hard bump at the base of a toe could be a bunion. There are several remedies available including shoe inserts.
