There is a little pink bump on top hole of navel piercing it looks like a pimple it doesn't hurt and isn't hard?

It could be 2 things. Either a small infection or scar tissue.
if it doesn't hurt it probably isn't an infection
and scar tissue isn't really an issue except aesthetically. If you are worried go back to your piercer and ask.
