In order of brightness from Earth. Given 5 as you probably didn't want the Sun
# The Sun (Yes it is a star) # Sirius # Canopus # Alpha Centauri Alpha # Vega
3. White Dwarf Source: My teacher told me. I had the same worksheet with the same question for hw.
Nuclear fusion. Most stars (the so-called "main sequence" stars) convert hydrogen-1 into helium-4.Nuclear fusion. Most stars (the so-called "main sequence" stars) convert hydrogen-1 into helium-4.
The nuclear reaction that happens in a star is called fusion. A star's energy comes from this atomic reaction. This is what makes stars extremely hot and bright.
Main-sequence stars; those are stars that are in a certain area in the H-R diagram. They are also the stars which burn (fuse) hydrogen-1, converting it into helium-4.
4, sun is a star...
it is 5 stars really awesome
complete a gig that's at least 8 hours long. Get at least 4 stars on it
Torah Bright is 5' 4".
Warren Bright is 6' 4".
Because they were created to mimic a certain grup of stars, the Three Kings. And as we have all done, when you look at a star, it has 4 (four) bright corners... And a pyramid was the easiest and most effective way of creating a copy of these stars.
Stars are positioned at very different distances from us. So a bright star like Sirius is actually quite close and not a lot bigger than the Sun. But Betelgeuse is many times further away but much bigger, so those two stars are both quite close in apparent brightness. The brightest of the 50,000 stars in the 'Sky Catalgue 2000' is Rho Cassiopiae, which is about 14 magnitudes brighter than the Sun, that is about 400,000 times brighter, and about 21,000 light-years away, but it just looks like an ordinary dim star of magnitude 4½.
3 - 7 is the fraction for 3 shaded stars and 4 unshaded stars
