Medical or administrative aids to high ranking offices and officers. Example: WWII's General Eisenhower's driver was a female soldier.
OVER 3 million US servicemen served in SE Asia during the war. OVER 2 1/2 million men served in country during the war. There's probably no (available) list that would itemize those men by state. There IS a list of US Servicemen killed in Vietnam by state, see: Vietnam Casualties by State.

No, there is no"list"of everyone that was decorated during this time period. It would be thousands and thousands of names if there were such a list.
Vietnam vets, collectively. If you're looking for a list of specific names, sorry. That information is private.
There were 2,594,000 Americans who served in Vietnam. Of those there were 58,228 killed, 153,452 wounded and 1740 listed as missing at the end of the war. There is no way to know how many South Vietnamese were in the war but estimates show the South lost 220,357 military personnel. There is no way to know how many North Vietnamese and Viet Cong soldiers were involved in the war but according to their government 1,100,000 of them died. Civilian casualities are difficult to calculate but the North Vietnamese Government list 2,000,000 civilian dead in the North and the South. Other estimates show the death toll as several million. It is unknown just how many soldiers from other nations served in Vietnam. 4,900 South Koreans died in the war. China said 1446 of their soldiers died in the war. Australia said 426 of their soldiers died in the war. Some estimates show another 200,000 civilians and soldiers in Laos were killed during the war. Laos became the most heavily bombed country in the world. There are different numbers from different places concerning how many fought in Vietnam. These are the ones I know about.
All your awards should be listed on your DD214.
Only veteran's groups (VVA, AMVETS, VFW, American Legion), or the VA (Veterans Administration) might be able to answer that question. And be advised, your question does concern MILLIONS of men.

The Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Wall is the list.
