don't squeeze them!!
if nothing comes out that means that it is oil that got into your skin, but that it has no dirt so if you leave them like that and put some alcohol on them they will probably go away, but if you continue squeezing them, then they will become horrible pimples, at least, that is what happened to me......

Don`t squeeze. Nipples have tiny glands around the areola that produce some fatty substance when you are nursing, to protect the whole area. Now, if you are not female and not nursing and not on the pill, you may see a doctor anyway.
