On bottom right side. Medium sized Phillips screw head.
There is no drain plug, you have to remove the bottom hose.
To drain the coolant on a Mazda 626, locate the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator. Remove the plug and drain the coolant into a pan.
Locate the plug on the bottom of the radiator to drain it. Put some radiator cleaner in and drain it again.
I'm not sure about this particular car but not all radiators have a drain plug. If you cannot locate the drain plug then simply remove the bottom radiator hose to drain the radiator. Keep in mind that you may need to replace the hose clamp if it has the one-use factory style clamp. The drain plug is directly below your upper radiator hose at the bottom of the radiator.

It is a plastic valve on bottom of radiator, either on driver or passenger end of radiator, if you can not locate or handle breaks you may remove lower radiator hose to drain coolant.
