Look under, and just forward of the rear bumper. You should either a round plastic cover (or if it was previously lost) the tire itself, should be hanging there (unless it has gone missing and was never replaced). It is lowered by using the jack handle to unwind the winch and drop it down to the road surface. (note: all is explained in your owner's manual)
