The big fan that is on the front of the engine is bolted to the water pump.

Under the hood in the fuse/relay center.
The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. The fuel tank must be removed to gain access to the pump.
The 99 Chevy S10 does not have a fuel pump reset button. The pump is controlled by the relay unit.
NO.
Begin by training the water from your 1999 Chevy Tahoe cooling system. Take the water pump belt off. Disconnect the water pump return hose. Unbolt the water pump. Put the new water pump on and reverse the process.
yes it is!! it must be froze up, the belt should turn this pulley to make the water pump work so coolant circulates in engine.
I currenty owne a 99 suburban and owned a 97. The leak is probably from the "weeper" hole on the bottom of the pump and if it is "leaking" then your water pump bearings are going out and you need to replace the pump. Both of my water pumps went out at 70,000 mile--cheap parts.
Maybe your fuel pump
NO
it is in the fuel tank
In The Gas Tank. Good Luck
