Remove the back seat by pushing back on the lower seat at the front & lifting up at the same time. Then by removing upper portion of seat you should have enough access room to retrieve them.
Have you tried the trunk lock button inside of the glove box? Greg

Call a locksmith
I am locked out of my Buick park avenue and have a slim Jim but don't know how to use it
yes, it does in my 1991 buick park ave.
It is not located in the trunk it is Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
The lid seal is compromised. It'll have to be replaced.
I have a '91 Park Avenue and, yes, you need TWO different keys. One "regular" key for the doors and trunk and another key with an electrical/electronic 'anti-theft' device at the base of the 'handle'.
My manual says 20.3 cu ft.
motor is out or you have a fuse blown
If it's the one where a electric motor closes the trunk for you, you might have to get the new electronic switch by the latch on the car. That's what I had to do.
check wire's in trunk right side i had one cut off it was a brown wire
