A loud clicking sound coming from the front of your car when you are driving straight would be the result of a bad CV joint. This is something that should be checked out right away.
Check the front driveshaft.
Possible failed U joint or cv joint at the left front wheel
Gosh, do you have any idea where that sound comes from? Front or rear, under or over.... The more info you give equals a better answer....your question gets this answer. Since you had the time to post this you should have the time to correct the question and then expect a better answer.

no!
Have those two front tires checked out there might be a bulge or a broken belt in the tire.
When you drive over a clicking bettle.
if it is when you turn a corner, it is probably your outer cv joint, if it is when you are driving in a straight line it is probably your inner cv joint. axels
You have a serious problem with the front suspension and need to get it inspected by a professional "straight-away"!
Defective left front wheel bearing. Have this repaired ASAP, as it can cause an accident.
lower ball joints need lubed up or probably replaced.
The usual symptoms are a knocking or loud clicking noise from the front of the car when cornering. The noise is not normally noticeable when driving straight. Check the CV boot (the rubber cover round the drive shaft nearest to the front wheel) this will very often be the cause of the failure if it is split.
check the condition of the tire it might have a nail in it
The clicking sound that the front tire is making when turning is caused by the velocity joint, I suggest that you replace it rightaway because it means that the metal bearings of the velocity joint has already lost one ball and if it breaks apart - the bigger problem is transporting a car with a wheel that won't roll
You did not say what kind of vehicle it is. If it is a front wheel drive, it has drive axles and if the drive axle is going out, it will click especially when you turn the wheels.
Wheel bearing
You might want to have the CV joints checked. When bearings start to go out, they make a "clicking" or "rattling" noise while driving - especially while making turns.
