1.Unlock all dungeons
2.Catch all legendaries including chansey
3.have lucario rank
4.your starter Pokemon has to be lv100
5.when you have done all this, go with your starter Pokemon and talk to allakazam and he will not say anything about lucario, next day do the same and lucario will walk on the Pokemon square and challenge you to a battle(be careful he is lv100). Then he'll say if you defeat him the new tdungeon which is called dojo registration will be unlocked and you can recruit him on b69f of the dungeon or if he defeated you in the Pokemon square he will be gone forever.
