ok first of all you need to eat very healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables and meats and drink lots of water ask mum and dad to start buying healthy foods instead of unhealthy food. but what ever you do don't stop eating everyone needs food to live so eat food but make sure they are healthy foods. it is ok sometimes to have unhealthy foods but u shouldn't have it all the time.
do lots of sports at school or at home. ask your family to go out for a game of sport or go swimming. or you can join a club eg. little athletics, Netball team, swimming school, gymnastics. it will help you loose weight. another thing you can do is try walking to school if your not already, if its to long to walk ask mum to drop you of about 10 min away so you can walk the rest.
