If you already have wireless internet at home, buy a "pci wifi card" on eBay or somewhere, install the software if it is provided (should be on a cd), turn off your computer, open the case (there should be either a screw holding the side panel on (if it is a tower format) or a button on either side of the computer (if it is a desktop format). You should see a row of white (usually) slots on the motherboard, a metal cover on the side of the case behind each one. Pick a slot, unscrew the cover and push in the wifi card.
