Here it is. open notepad or wordpad and save it but you have to save it without spaces and whatever you name it end it with ".html"

Then when you re-open it, right-click, open with wordpad or notepad, whichever you used before.

to start your website you need to know programing. you can use HTML, Purl, Css, Javascript and lots of others. I recommend HTML for beginners.

Google "learn Html" and that should get you what you need. :)

After your done making the site, to put it on the web you need to get someone to host it for you of get programing to do it your self. :)
