Instructions depend on how simple or how elaborate you want to get. My daughter's waist-length veil was basically a large clear comb with the veil (tulle) layers sewed to it. It also had small crystals and tiny silk flowers sewed on here and there. Only the blusher (the layer that the bride wears over her face while walking up the aisle) was trimmed in the same fabric as her dress. You can also attach the veil to a wreath of flowers to add another level of design to it. OR you can wear a tiara or wreath separate from the veil. When the veil is removed the tiara or wreath can remain.
There is a shop in purasawalkam called London stores where you will get bridal veils and also tiaras.

There are several places one can purchase white veils. Online retailers include Light in the Box and Love the Bride. Retailers that offer both online and in store purchase options include David's Bridal and Nordstrom Bridal.
I was once told you need to attach velcro to the veil so it can be removed after the wedding.
Yes, of course, there are normally Bridal costumes, veils etc. Newlywed is a sort of synonym but applies to both genders.
These can be purchased from different wedding stores or traditional stores depending on one's nationality and culture as it varies depending on the type of wedding.
