I think not. Women are often hormonal and moody and I think have larger egos at the job. Men cut to the chase and you have no doubt what they are thinking. Id much rather work for a man and I am a woman.

As people move through jobs they will come to the realization that it does not matter if the manager is a female or male. Though females and males do differ in ways they are just people and it is really their strengths and leadership that makes them best. These opinions will change from time to time, so in the end it's your decision how you see your managers.
