It’s echo
An echo. It is a reflection of sound that can only be heard, and it repeats what is spoken to it.
French is one of the official languages of Madagascar due to the country's history of French colonization. It is still widely spoken in government, business, and education sectors.
Sojourner Truth primarily spoke Low Dutch, which was a Dutch dialect spoken in New York at the time she was born. She later learned English as well.

We hear pein speak for the first time outside the statue of sealing in naruto shippuuden 80 onwards, but we have never heard konan speak yet, so it has to be waited out until the future...
Yes could be heard. Because the source of sound is moving but medium through which sound is propagated is stable. "edit from madeuce"I understand you could be heard. There was not enough room to type the question fully. What I want to know is when you heard the sound would it come across as it was spoken, or would the sound come across distorted or backwards due to the Doppler effect. In short the sound from the first word spoken would be passed by the jet and the next word would be spoken in front of the sound waves from the first in respect to the observer on the ground. would you therefore here the last word spoken first in reverse followed by the second to last word spoken in reverse and so on until you heard the first word spoken in reverse? confusing I know but the Doppler effect says yes, others i have questioned have said no.
Train it to 'speak:' Tell your dog to speak. If your doggie doesn't bark, then say 'speak' again, then bark. Yup, you heard me right, bark. then keep repeating this until your dog catches on... Just make sure you're alone or you might gain a unwanted reputation!

Your question does not make sense. A "francophone" is a person who likes speaking French. Some people in Jersey speak French, many many more speak English. In some rural districts they still speak a 'Jersey patois', a mix of old French and old English.
I honestly do not think it will but noone will know until it actually happens... I am kind of hoping it won't
