Yes, you can sue anybody for anything but have to show damages, harassment violates labor law, so if you have a good case an atty might pick it up, but recovery rarely worth time invested and i assume you are no longer there- so try to get unemployment before you pursue anything else for obvious reasons. Generally harassment has to fit legal definition like discrimination or racial comments etc. It's not harassment even if you didn't do it if employer (or any reasonable person would assume under circumstances) had good cause to believe it was you (even if wrong) and his actions were not inappropriate.
