With those two readings in hand, I would say that the conception date is fairly accurate. Your scenario of pregnant/miscarriage/pregnant is unlikely. If you miscarry it will take a little while for hormones to regulate and Hcg(the pregnant hormone that gives you a positive result) to decline so that ovulation can occur again. Hcg remains high for about 6 weeks to allow the body to properly recover from a lost pregnancy before becoming pregnant again. I know these measurements to be pretty accurate from my own experience, because we knew when we conceived, and the measurements gave us the exact day, though they usually are only accurate within a few days. I hope this helps. If you have no further questions, please click 'accept' Thank you.
