i have done it myself on my 2001 navi it should take no more than a hour but you know repair shops they will tell you 3 hours. it should only take about 1 hour to change the all the spark plugs and coils

If you have a mechanic you trust, stick with him/her,and a little repair like this tend to be a "GOOD" customer relation tool !! And if they chose to do it for free,please take care of them,so they are there when a larger repair is needed !!

Starting 2006 model Lincoln Navigator there is no IAC used. I spent hours on the internet including Youtube and finally bought a repair manual and for $23 I got the answer! The Throttle Body has the Throttle Position Sensor TPS included or you can replace the TPS only.
Your best bet would be to buy the Chilton's Repair Manul for your truck. There lots of pictures too... We cant post pictures on this website. Sorry...
