For the action going on right now, "¿Estás bebiendo?" If you means sometihng like "Are you drinking at the party tonight?", then you do not use the progressive tense. You would say "Vas a beber en la fiesta esta noche?" (Are you going to drik at the party tonight?) or "Beberás en la fiesta esta noche?" (Will you drink at the party tonight?), or even "Bebes en la fiesta esta noche?" (you drink at the party tonight?). The last example,using the present tense for future action, is not proper English, but is quite acceptable in Spanish.
