You fold the 4 sides together until it's one flat panel. Step on the bottom & fold in half toward you until it bends. Place top right corner on top of bottom left corner (or top left corner to bottom right, w/e) after that it should become easier to fold & smoosh together into the bag. Hope that helped a little.
