I had a similar problem with a Toyota Corolla. Could be worth a shot There may be a window lock button (usually near the drivers electric window controls). That causes the controls from all, except the driver's, to be unresponsive.
Yes you need a driver for everything but windows will most likely download it for you and you will be able to do as you please with your device. They are used for getting things off of the device.
A good website where you can find ATI drivers and download them is http://www.official-drivers.com. Their software is compatible with Windows XP, XP Pro, XP Home, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and most other versions of Windows.

The reservoir for the power steering for this SUV is located in front of the engine, driver side. To access it, simply remove the plastic air tunnel (driver side); You will find it easily. Please note that as per an adviser from my local Mercedes dealer, we should put the Mercedes power steering fluid, but for an adjustment of the level, we can use any generic brand of power steering fluid.
I assume you are referring to your video card driver. You probably deleted it, and now Windows is running with a generic driver at a lower resolution. Without knowing what your computer model or graphics card chipset is, it is impossible to give you a download link to the correct driver. Please ask a question for a graphics card driver along with your computer model.
