Colonia Condesa, former site of the city's hippodrome, now rebuilt into a park with stylish American-style homes around it.
Santa Fe district, being a garbage dump several years ago, has been transformed into one of the most expensive business districts in the city.
Coyoacan, a small bohemian town home of renowned artists such as Frida Kahlo during the 1950's, has been absorbed by the urban conglomerate, but has kept the feeling.
