Depends on your personal taste! Things to consider... Bathrooms and kitchens sell houses. You probably spend more awake time in the bathroom than you do in the bedroom. A big bathroom with tall ceilings can be drafty and cold in the winter. Unheated tile floors can suck the heat out of bare feet. It's much more functional to have the master closets tied to the bath than the bedroom.
The modern overall trend is to build smaller quality built homes. The trend in master bedrooms is to build them smaller with large master closets and well appointed master baths. I like baths broken into areas that have the bath area (shower/ tub) separate from the dressing make-up area (sink, desk) Also include a toilet/ bidet room and a linen closet. Also have at least one full length window that has nothing in front of it. The natural lighting from a full length window will amaze you.
With all this said. Cut the size of the bedroom and focus on the well appointed feng shui inspired "spa" for the master bath with a huge closet.
there is no minimum size.
it depends on your really depends on your bathroom size and vanity size. can you specify the size?
The average size of a master bedroom in the United States will vary on the area one lives in. However, an average size of a master bedroom is the U.S. is 17' X 15'.
The square footage of an apartment will usually include bathroom space. When room size is used, closets are not included. When apartment size is figured, the perimeter is measured and these could be included.
Hot water tank, hose bibb, kitchen sink, toilet, bathroom vanity sink and a tub/shower.

Depends very much on size and interior shape of the home. Too nebulous to speculate
That depends on the house and the master bedroom in question. There is no fixed size, any bedroom can be designated as the "master bedroom" - it is a marketing term, not a specific building code.
It depends... A master bath can be as big as the person who built the house wanted to but the for the master bathroom to be a master bathroom you have to have a sink, toilet, and a shower/bathtub
The average size of a bathroom is 9ft by 11ft(not the size of an apple)
Depends on how much is flowing into the pipe. One bathroom sink, 1 1/4"
