If you drained the pan, it will take about 4-4 1/2 qts to fill it. If you drained the whole transmission it will take more like 8 or 9.
I had this problem today and found that it was low on Transmission fluid. Took my A8 to Jiffy Lube and for $49.97, they drained and filled the transmission with fluid. No more problem.
Can a 1998 Chevy Malibu LS hold more than 6.9 quarts of transmission fluid/or how many quarts does it take to fill up the transmission after being drained?
Some cysts can be drained of fluid with the use of a fine needle, although this treatment has been shown to be no more effective in eliminating cysts than leaving them alone.
No, you have to lose the "ed" from "drained" or add it to "contain," unless you are going for more of a free verse effect.
The 2002 Tundra takes 3.8 qts of the basic dextron type fluid. I was told by the parts dept and two mechanics at a dealership it took 2 qts, WRONG! I drained the fluid and discovered it was near $ and then found the specs later. I didn't want to mix brands so I stayed with the Toyota fluid (which costs more). hope this helps
I agree. It won't cause harm to the engine unless you put in too much amount of fluid.
your fluid intake should be 1/4 more than your fluid out put
no
a wilted plant is a plant that has been drained out, that is, that it has no more moisture or water in them.
Well you didnt say what kind of vehicle you have (always good to tell). 3 qts could be all that you need. Most manual transmissions dont hold that much fluid. If it is a 4 wheel drive it is possible that you drained your transfercase but unlikely as they rarely hold more then 5-6 pints of fluid. How ever i can tell you that the manual transmission does not hold 41 qts. Ya might want to take another look at the manual or call your local dealership and ask what the capacity is. Also make sure you put the right fluid in. Its not always transmission fluid that goes in a manual trans.
Grommets Surgery is when tiny plastic tubes are put in the eardrum. This is done during a short operation under general anesthetic. The grommets are inserted after the fluid in the middle ear has been drained away. The grommets allow air to circulate in the middle ear and stop more fluid from building up. They can clear the fluid inside a child's ears and improve his/her hearing. They are used for children with chronic ear infections.
