MUTATIONS
A common type of incorrect DNA is called a mutation. Mutations are changes in the DNA sequence that can occur due to various factors such as mistakes during DNA replication or exposure to mutagenic agents like radiation or certain chemicals. Mutations can lead to altered or faulty genetic information, potentially resulting in genetic disorders or other abnormalities.
Imagine copying a transcript by hand in a driving car. Every letter, every sequence of letters, must be correct, but because of the disruption in a moving car causes your hand to move, you might make a mistake. This is what happens to our DNA when it eventually replicates, required for cell replacement/division. What causes this mistake; mutagens like radiation (UV, gamma), viruses, chemicals (tobacco), etc. Some people are genetically more at risk than others.
we should because if we don't we wont be able to make contact and learn from our mistakes or teach them to fix there mistakes.

The ozone layer is in fact our world's safety net against radiation. We are destroying it daily with our many mistakes involving chemicals and pollution. It has holes in it that are allowing radiation to penetrate our precious earth. Without the ozone layer and what it does, we would not have been able to be born.
yes
no cloning is duplicating, and genetics are duplicated items with mutation mistakes, in most cases if you want more. check out wikipedia and type in molecular cloning.
i am responsible for my mistakes
The person who appproved them for further process.
Mutations occur due to DNA damage from environmental factors, such as UV light, nuclear radiation, or certain chemicals such as mutagens or carcinogens. Mutations also occur due to mistakes in DNA replication.
The chemicals in detergent are poison like. You pour them in the soil and the roots absorb it. The plant mistakes it as water and nutrients. Then chemicals spread through it eventually killing it.
Background radiation, radioactive atoms within DNA strands, replication errors, and random events including chemical "mistakes".
Because the physician can be held accountable and responsible for any mistakes the coder made.
The tax preparer, like H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt, does have a responsibility to you, which is why they sign your return. But they are responsible primarily for any mistakes in their preparation - they are not liable if you misrepresented your earnings.

Liability is the responsibility that a person, group, or organization has toward another person, group, or orgnization for its actions. Every person that drives a car is responsible for what they do on the road. Licensed proffessionals are responsible for the quality of services they provide and are liable for their mistakes.
