Dada poets composed nonsensical sound poems to challenge traditional forms of art and literature, disrupting societal norms and conventions. By presenting nonsensical and chaotic content, they sought to highlight the absurdity and meaninglessness of the world around them, as a form of protest and rebellion against established ideas and structures.

One of ancient Rome's most notable poets was Virgil. He lived from 70-19 Bc-BCE. His major work was the Aeneid, which was about the mythical foundations of Rome and its relationship with the Roman gods. Virgil was well versed in Greek poetry and also had contacts with Octavian.

Virgil was one of the greatest poets of Latin literature. He was a Roman from Andes, a village near Mantua, in northern Italy.
There have been 23 Poets Laureate of the United States since the position was established in 1985. Some of the notable poets who have held this title include Robert Pinsky, Louise Glück, and Rita Dove.
Vergil, a renowned Roman poet, is significant in ancient Roman literature for his epic poem "The Aeneid," which glorified Rome's origins and values. His works influenced later writers and poets by setting a high standard for epic poetry and inspiring them to explore themes of heroism, nationalism, and the human experience.
The three canonic poets of Latin literature were Virgil, Horace and Ovid. Virgil's masterpiece was the Aeneid. Horace wrote the Satires, the Epistles and the Carmen Saeculare. Ovid's most ambitious work was the Metamorphoses.
