Many people have described the skin of a scrotum as being like "chicken skin." If you have seen a plucked chicken, before it is cooked, you'll get the general idea. Essentially small, raised spots scattered all over the surface of the scrotum (and sometimes the shaft of the penis too) from some of which hairs may have sprouted.

Your scrotum will hang lower as it grows to accomodate the increasing size of your testes. The skin of your scrotuum will get deeper in colour, the surface will probably get covered in small bumps and you may grow hairs on your scrotum.
